2. Customer Eligibility:

  1. To become a registered customer on the Platform, the Customer must Indian resident required.
  2. Navbharat Janvikas Kendra registered customer should have strong financial condition.
  3. Navbharat Janvikas Kendra registered customers, appropriate material will be sent after a week after all the proceedings are completed.
  4. Registered customers should note that whatever goods are given at the center they will have to keep only that, they cannot keep any goods of their own free will. If anyone is found selling such goods, his license will be canceled immediately.
  5. Navbharat Janvikas Kendra is to provide facilities to poor and middle class families, it is not for earning any profit. But whatever profit will be given by the organization will have to be accepted by the registered customer because it is a social service work.
  6. The person opening a Jan Vikas Kendra can open a Jan Vikas Kendra in the area in which he is a resident.
  7. The person opening a Jan Vikas Kendra/Supply Depot should be financially strong because it is mandatory to supply food from time to time.
  8. It is mandatory for the person opening a public welfare facility to be at least 10th pass.
  9. Applicants should keep in mind that there should not already be a license for any Jan Vikas Kendra in the vicinity.
  10. In the Janvikas Kendra/Supply Depot, the applicant will keep only those items which will be given by Navbharat Janvikas Sanstha. If anyone else is found buying or selling goods, his license will be cancelled.
  11. It is mandatory for the applicant to have complete papers of the place where he wants to open a Jan Vikas Kendra/Supply Depot. Whether the place is his own or rented, if it is rented then it is mandatory to have the rent deed and if the place is owned then it is mandatory to have the electricity bill.
  12. The person opening a Jan Vikas Kendra/Supply Depot should keep in mind that there should be at least 10 to 15 feet path in front of his shop in the area where he wants to work so that people do not face any problem in getting ration.
  13. To open a Janvikas Kendra, there should be a 15X15 long and wide shop. And it is mandatory to have a separate warehouse.
  14. It is important for the applicant to keep in mind that he is not a legal culprit. A legally guilty person will not be allowed to open Navbharat Janvikas Kendra.

3. Registration Obligations:

The Customer must register on the Platform and for registration he must follow the instructions visible on the Platform at the time of registration.

4. Communication:

5.Posting on Platform:
