Refund Policy

Refund Policy Homecoming/Refund Policy for Navbharat Janvikas Kendra run by Navbharat Janvikas Foundation

  1. On our www.navbharatjanvikasyojna.in and our mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), we may decide on the procedure for submitting refunds/returns as applicable against various acceptable terms, if the payment for the order is made by you. Refund/Refund for such payment was made from your originalPayment will be processed on the method.
  2. If the products delivered are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications and/or are found to be defective in nature, the Customer may request a refund/return within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Furthermore, refund/return requests cannot be made beyond the above period of 48 hours. We will accept refund/return requests from the customer after 5 years after the expiry of the above time period. We require query for the product/s as well as images of the product/box/images of received invoice and resignation letter under refund/return request, so you can send the original to our below mentioned email within 48 hours of delivery of the products. Will share it in case of situation.

It is noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images it will be decided whether returns will be initiated or refunds will be initiated after getting internal management approval.

If any consignment is at RTO/in transit/damaged/lost/wrong route/LSP. Has been confirmed by. (After verification by ORDERME team, refund can be initiated within 24 hours)

If any consignment is incorrect/not as per specification/damaged etc. delivered to the consumers. Consumer can request a refund within 48 hours from the date of delivery (after verification by ORDERME team, refund can be initiated within 24 hours) and it will take 7-10 working days for it to be reflected in your original source account. It may vary from time to time.

If any center holder wants to cancel his license for any reason. So one can apply by giving resignation letter within 48 hours of registration. After that any payment will be given after 5 years.

Your order will arrive in 7-10 working days once NEFT, RTGS is credited to the bank account. This may vary from time to time. After contacting our customer care executive you can share your bank details with us to receive the refund amount.
